Return Policy
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are available within 15 days and exchanges are available up to 30 days when accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include special orders, sale merchandise or any item that has been engraved, personalized, sized or altered in any way.
Rolex Certified Pre‑Owned Return Policy
- At Louis Anthony, we want you to feel completely confident in your Rolex Certified Pre Owned purchase. If you decide to return your timepiece, we are pleased to offer a 10 day return window.
- To be eligible for a return, the timepiece must be unworn and presented in the same condition in which it was sold, including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories that accompanied the watch.
- All returns are carefully inspected prior to refund. A $500 recertification fee will be deducted from the refund amount to ensure the watch meets Rolex Certified Pre Owned standards.

In Store Returns
To initiate your return, visit Louis Anthony Jewelers at 1775 N. Highland Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15241. Items purchased online or through our South Hills store are not returnable at our Nemacolin location.

A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Upon receipt of merchandise you will be refunded the purchase price of the item less any applicable return shipping charges. We will send a confirmation email upon crediting your account.
